1. Purpose of this Policy

This policy is for visitors of the www.corecrm.hu website ("Website"). It explains what personal data we process when you browse the Website or write to us through the contact form.

The processing of CoreCRM app users' data is covered by a separate policy: Privacy Policy (CRM app).

We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

3. Contact Form

  • Data processed: name, email address, the subject and text of your message.
  • Purpose: to answer your enquiry and to send a confirmation email to the address you provided.
  • Legal basis: if your enquiry concerns using our service, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: we keep your message for 1 year from receipt, then delete it. If your enquiry leads to a contract, we continue to process the data under the Privacy Policy of the CRM app.

We do not use the data you enter in the form for marketing purposes and do not share it with third parties, apart from the processors listed in section 7.

To prevent overload and abuse, after a message has been sent successfully we keep your IP address in server memory for up to 1 hour to limit the number of further messages (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form is protected against automated abuse (spam) by Cloudflare Turnstile. When the form becomes visible, Cloudflare, Inc. processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics) to determine whether a real visitor is using the page. 5. Cookies and Analytics

  • Language preference: your chosen language is stored in the "i18n_redirected" cookie. This is necessary for the Website to work.
  • Cookie consent: your choice in the cookie bar is stored in the "corecrm-consent" cookie.
  • Appearance: your chosen theme (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how visitors use the Website. Analytics cookies are only set if you consent in the cookie bar (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the Website's cookies; the cookie bar will then appear again. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

6. Hosting and Logs

The Website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. While serving requests, technical data (such as IP address, time and browser type) may be recorded in the provider's logs to keep the Website secure (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

7. Processors

We use the following providers for the purposes above:

  • Netlify, Inc. – website hosting
  • Mailtrap – delivery of contact form messages and confirmation emails
  • Email hosting provider – operation of the info@corecrm.hu mailbox
  • Cloudflare, Inc. – bot protection (Turnstile)
  • Google Ireland Limited – analytics (only with your consent)

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (e.g. in the United States). In such cases, the transfer is based on safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your Rights

Regarding your data, you have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • request correction or deletion of your data,
  • request restriction of processing,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • request data portability,
  • withdraw your consent at any time.

You can send your request to info@corecrm.hu, and we will respond within one month.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu) or turn to the courts.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy if our data processing or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
