What does the monthly fee include?
There is a single fee, and it covers everything. The table below lists item by item what you get for the monthly fee, and what you never pay extra for.

How the 30-day trial works

If you're a satisfied customer and recommend our CRM to others who then become subscribers, we'll continuously give you a 10% discount on your subscription fee for as long as they remain customers! This discount accumulates up to 100%. So if you refer 10 people, you'll receive a 100% discount and can use the CRM for FREE.
Common questions about pricing
What does the CRM cost for a team of 5?
The same as for a single user: 10,000 HUF a month, or 100,000 HUF a year on an annual subscription. CoreCRM does not bill per user, so the price does not change with how many of you use it.
Is the price shown gross or net?
Gross. Both 10,000 HUF a month and 100,000 HUF a year are final amounts including VAT - nothing is added on top, and it does not surface only at invoicing.
Is there an onboarding or one-off fee?
No. We charge no onboarding, configuration or data import fee. There is no line item beyond the monthly fee.
Are there hidden costs?
None. We charge nothing extra for additional users, storage, bandwidth, features released later, or support.
How much do I save with an annual subscription?
Two months' fee. Paid monthly a year comes to 120,000 HUF, on an annual subscription it is 100,000 HUF - a difference of 20,000 HUF.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Nothing on its own: without payment details no subscription starts. If you carry on, you keep working with the same data you entered during the trial.
Can it get cheaper than this?
Yes. If you recommend us to others and they subscribe, we give you a 10% discount on your fee for every referred customer, accumulating up to 100%.
