Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the online CRM system ("Service") provided by CoreCRM ("Provider"). By registering, the user ("User") accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature and Availability of the Service

The Provider offers a cloud-based CRM system designed to support the management of business relationships, customer data, and related processes.

The Service is continuously developed and improved; therefore, its features and functionality may change, expand, or be modified over time.

The Provider strives to ensure continuous availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Paid Service

The use of the Service may be subject to fees. Details regarding subscription plans, pricing, and payment terms are available on the Provider’s official website.

The Provider reserves the right to modify pricing. Users will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address provided during registration and/or within the Service.

4. Payment Terms

The current pricing is available on the provider’s website. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. The monthly/annual fee must be paid in advance based on an invoice sent by the provider 5 days prior.

5. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use the Service. Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of misuse, violation of these Terms, or unlawful activity.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading any content that is violent, pornographic, hateful, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.

The Provider reserves the right to remove such content without prior notice and may suspend or permanently terminate the associated user account.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

The Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure reliable operation of the Service but does not accept liability for service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.

7. Data Protection

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). The Privacy Policy is available at this link.

8. Termination of Contract

By the User: 30 days’ notice period (in writing, via email).

Data Export: The provider ensures data download (in CSV or Excel format) within 7 days.

By the Provider: The service can be terminated immediately in cases of serious breach of contract (e.g., late payment, violation of terms). No prior notice is required if the user violates the terms.

9. Right to Modify

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes via the email address provided during registration and/or within the Service.

10. Final Provisions

Jurisdiction: The contract is governed by Hungarian law, and courts in Budapest have jurisdiction.
